摘要
研究了预还原矿单体熔化速度和预还原矿熔化速率对COREX熔融气化炉的影响,得出了限制预还原矿熔化的主要因素是炉内压差、碳-氧反应和铁水含硫量.在试验条件下熔化速率应小于10kg/h。
The influence of melting velocity of en block DRI and melting rate of charging DRI on the COREX melting gasifier has been studied. The factors restricting DRI melting turn out to be differential pressure in furnace. Carbon oxygen reaction and sulphur in liquid iron. The DRI with high percentage metallization is the basic guarantee to increase the melting rate of charging DRI.
