摘要
采用3维刚塑性可压缩有限元法对纯铅立轧模拟实验进行了理论解析,探讨了立辊直径对轧件形状和力能参数的影响.计算结果与实验结果吻合较好.并得到了3维轧制压力分布.提出利用超薄单元近似处理奇异点的新方法,使程序简化。
A simulation to edge rolling is carried out by full 3D rigid plastic FEM for a model material,Pb. The influences of the roll diameters on the sectional shape and separating force calculated are in good agreement with the experimental results,and 3 D distribution of roll pressure is determined. Moreover,a new approach that one very thin array of element is attached before the entry of roll to deal with singular point is put forward,in which the program is simplified,and convergence is accelerated.
