讨论了在战略制定过程中存在的战略与环境的匹配性；在战略实施中，战略与组织结构、战略与领导两个重要的匹配关系．建议在战略管理的研究中，更多地引入随机制宜的研究方法。

Closely related to the contingency theory in management,the concept of 'fit'has been a central theme in strategic management literature in the last twenty years. In this paper are discussed the fit between strategy and environments in strategy formulation process,as well as the fit between strategy and organization structure,and the fit between strategy and leadership which are considered to be the two important problems in strategy implementation stage. It is recommended that the contingency theory be introduced in strategic management research and the theory development. The integrative fit among the constructs in both strategic formulation and strategy implementation should be explored.
