摘要
供应商选择已经成为企业降低成本、提高服务与核心竞争能力的重要因素之一。利用层次分析法(AHP)在权重确定、定性问题量化以及神经逻辑网络(NEULONET)在逻辑推理上的优势来进行供应商的选择,建立了供应商选择的网络模型。该模型通过对不同的领域专家、不同的领域指标赋予不同的权重,从而改进了单纯采用AHP法存在的问题,并且利用AHP法来确定NEULONET一些层次的权重,使得网络的构造更加科学和适用。通过算例的检验,本方法是可行和有效的。
Supplier selection has been one of the key factors of services and core competition promotion and cost reduction. This article proposes a method and decision network model for supplier selection based on AHP and NEULONET. It takes the advantage of AHP in the area of quantification of qualitative problems, weight confirm and NEULONET in the logic reasoning area. The model gives different weights for different experts in different areas and this can improve the rationality of AHP evidently, as well as it uses AHP and some transfer mechanism to ascertain some weights of network and this improves the objectivity of the weight confirming. An practical example demonstrates that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
