Innovation of College Ideological and Political Education under a Background of Popular Culture

大众文化的崛起不仅冲击着当代大学生的思想政治观念、价值取向和道德评价,它的嬗变也直接影响着高校思想政治教育的发展趋势。在大众文化兴起和冲击下,高校思想政治教育因缺乏应然的价值关怀和人文观照而面临着“人学空场”(man absence)的怀疑和质询。因此,切实加强和改进高校思想政治教育工作,必须实现教育理念、教育机制、教育内容、教育方法等方面的创新。

The rising of popular culture brings about great impacts on both the contemporary students＇ political concept, value orientation and moral evaluation. Meanwhile the evolution of popular culture also directly affects the tendency of ideological and political education in colleges. Under these circumstances, college ideological and political education is challenged for ＂man absence＂ resulted from its lacking in righteous concern for humananity and value. Therefore, the innovations in educational principle, educational system, educational contents as well as teaching methods are becoming necessity so as to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education work in colleges.
