摘要
依托校园网络加强档案管理和建设工作,可以高效、及时、准确地实现档案的收集与归档、提高档案信息的利用率和档案信息的传播速度等,从加强安全防护、健全规章制度、编制软件系统、提高人员素质等方面入手,可以打开档案建设的新空间。
On the basis of the campus network to strengthen file managements and constructions, thus to effectively, timely and accurately accomplish the collecting and filing of all archives, so that utilization ratio and propagation velocity of file information can be increased significantly. New spaces of file information construction can be established from strengthening safety protection, completing regulations, progranming software system and promoting human resources.
