意外伤害住院患儿成因及相关因素分析

Analysis the cause reason of accidental injuries among hospitalized children

目的 探讨造成儿童意外伤害的原因及相关因素。方法 收集2000年1月～2006年1月期间，因意外伤害住院的1003例患儿的相关临床资料，将伤害类型分为烧烫伤、跌伤、交通意外、炸伤、砸伤、锐器伤、中毒、其他（包括电击伤、溺水、动物咬伤、气管异物等）8种，分组调查分析。结果 意外伤害发生的年龄顺位依次为：学龄前儿童、幼儿、学龄儿、青春期、婴儿；男性明显高于女性。居前三位的伤害为：烧伤、跌伤及交通意外。结论 儿童面临意外伤害的挑战日益严峻，但并非不可预防和避免，应采取积极有效综合防范措施。

Objective To explore the cause resean and relatively factors of accidental injuries among hospitalized children. Methods Using the descripe statistics to analyze the accidiental injuries type and reason, among the 1003 cases in Shenzhen Children＇s hospital during 2000 2005, Results The number of male cases were significantly high than the female cases, The rank order of accidental injuries by age was as follows： preschoolers ,toddlers,schooler - age ,toderlents and infant. The main type of accidental injure were burns falls traffic accidents. Conclusion Children accidiental injure has become one of the most serious problem. It is key to find out effective prenventive metholds to help reduce accident rates further.
