下腔静脉滤器置入术预防肺动脉栓塞

摘要 目的探讨下腔静脉滤器置入术对预防下肢深静脉血栓引起肺动脉栓塞的作用。方法29例下肢急性深静脉血栓形成患者,实施了经皮穿刺,下腔静脉滤器置入术。结果滤器全部安全置入肾静脉下方的下腔静脉内,随访2—59个月,5例滤器的基底跨度与下腔静脉长轴的夹角均有不同程度的变化,滤器无漂移,无肺动脉栓塞发生。结论下腔静脉滤器用于预防肺动脉血栓栓塞是一种安全有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous insertion of the inferior vena cava filter for the prevention of pulmonary embolism. Methods 29 cases of deep venous thrombosis were treated with insertion of the inferior vena cava filter. Results The filter was implanted into the inferior vena cava below the rena vein with no severe complications. All cases were followed up for 2 - 59 months, changes were observed in the space of filter base and angle between filter and long axis of inferior vena cava in 5 cases, neither migration of filters nor pulmonary embolism was found. Conclusion The inferior vena cava filter implantation is a safe and effective method to prevent pulmonary thrombo- emboism.
