完善我国学校体育法规的设想

Perfection of China School P.E Bill

1995年颁布实施的体育法促进了我国民主法制建设的进程。鉴于学校体育在体育教育中所占的重要地位,与体育有关的法律法规应结合学校体育改革、发展的要求不断完善,以切实保障学生的合法权益,促进学生个性、兴趣、才智和身心能力的充分发展。

The physical bill issued in 1995 has advanced the democratic construction of our country. Considering both the esse- tial role school P.E plays and its statuesque in the whole P.E field, according to the developing demands and the school P.E reforma- tion, all bills that related to physical education stiU need improving step by step, in order to surely guarantee the fights of students, fully explore the students＇ characters, hobbies, intelligence and self-quality, thus to achieve the hygienic and healthy standard.
