摘要
韩国警察当局在警察绩效管理方面采用新的理念作指导,对每个警员的工作能力、态度、品行、工作成绩等按照一定的标准进行评价,从而促进警察个人工作能力的提高。通过对警察个人工作成绩的评价,使绩效管理制度灵活地运用于其晋升和任职过程。这对我国公安机关的绩效管理工作具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
South Korea police has been carrying out the exploration and trial ceaselessly and has got notable effect. They adopted new idea as their direction, appraised the manner, the character and the job performance of the police individual in the light of certain standard, those can promote the police individual service ability. By the valuation and marking to police individual job achievement, police achievement management system is applied to the promotion of the police: All these are worthy for us to rethink profoundly and draw lessons from the system.
