摘要
研制了一种适用于牦牛绒纤维的改性液,利用拉伸细化技术对改性后纤维进行了处理。确定了拉伸的最佳工艺参数为,拉伸速度20mm/min,罗拉隔距10mm,拉伸率30%,捻度1.67捻,10cm。牦牛绒纤维拉伸细化后,与原毛绒相比,纤维细度可减少2—3μm,变化率约12%,纤维长度可增加3~4mm,变化率约13%。由扫描电子显微镜照片和红外光谱图分析可以看出,拉伸后牦牛绒纤维直径明显变细,分子中二硫键和盐式键被打开,并在新的位置形成新的交联,拉伸细化效果明显。
A kind of modifying agent that fit yakwool was triturated. Slenderizing technology was used to treat yakwool, and the process factor was fixed via experiments: slenderizing velocity 20 mm/min, roller distance 10 mm, slenderizing rate 30%, twist number 1.67 t/10 cm. Compared with untreated yakwool, fiber fineness decreased 2 - 3 μm (change rate was 12% ), and fiber length increased 3 ~ 4 mm (change rate was 13% ). From SEM photo and IR spectrum, diameter of yakwool fiber was refined, S - S bend and salt bend were cut off, and formed cross linkage at the new position. Therefore, slenderizing effectiveness was obvious.
