锆基柱撑蒙脱石净化蓝色废水的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以河南信阳蒙脱石为基材制备锆基柱撑蒙脱石材料,用该材料对人工配制的蓝色废水进行静态脱色吸附,结果表明:锆基柱撑蒙脱石的吸附效果好于铝基柱撑蒙脱石和蒙脱石。锆基柱撑蒙脱石对蓝色废水的脱色与投放量、初始浓度、pH值、吸附时间有关。染液初始浓度、pH值是影响脱色的主要因素。当蓝色废水量为50mL,pH值=3.8,处理时间60min,A0=0.160,投放量为0.5g时,锆基柱撑蒙脱石对蓝色废水的脱色率最高为98.8%。 Zr-pillared montmorillonite is prepared with montmorillonite as raw material and the mechanism of static adsorption to artificial blue dye wastewater is studied. The results show that the adsorption effect of the Zr-pillared montmorillonite was better than Al-pillared montmorillonite and montmorillonite. The decoloration effect was related with the adsorbent quantity,adsorption time, pH value and ion concentration of initial blue dye wastewater, especially ion concentration and pH value. Under certain conditions (the quantity of blue dye wastewater was 50mL, pH value was 3.8, treatment time was 60min, A0 was 0.160, adsorbent quantity was 0.5g), the decoloration rate of Zr-pillared montmorillonite could be up to 98.8%.
