Management of Anesthesia in Allogenic Liver Transplantation

目的:通过1例肝移植手术总结肝移植术的麻醉管理。方法:回顾、分析、总结肝移植手术中麻醉管理的要点。结果:无肝前期循环平稳,无肝期末发生明显的水电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱,新肝期再灌注综合征和凝血障碍得到较好的处置。结论:肝移植手术麻醉管理的关键是保持循环稳定,及时纠正水电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱,将再灌注综合征的严重程度和持续时间减到最小。

Objective：To surrnmarize the management of anesthesia through 1 eases of liver transplantation. Methods： The main points of management of anesthesia in liver transplantation were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results： The circulation was steady during pre - anhep - atic phase. There was no severe electrolyte disturbance acid - base imbalance during anhepatic phase. The reperfusive syndrome and abnormal coagulation were corrected during the neohepatic phase. Conclusion： Steady circulation, Correcting electrolyte disturbance and acid - base imbalance and relieving reperfusive syndrome and abnormal caagulation are the key for management of anesthesia in liver transplantation.
