健康教育路径在乳腺癌患者中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立完善的乳腺癌患者健康教育路径。方法:采用随机抽样法将病人分成两组,每组40例,对照组40例病人采用传统的健康教育方法,实验组40例采用制定好的健康教育路径,观察两组病人焦虑状况、并发症发生率及满意度有无差异。结果:实验组病人焦虑、并发症的发生率比对照组明显减少,满意度与对照组相比明显提高。结论:健康教育路径是一种切实可行的工作方式,有利于提高临床健康教育效果。 Objective: To establish the perfect health education paths of breast cancer. Methods: Using random sampling method, the patients were divided into two groups and each group had 40 cases. The normal education methods were used in the comparing group and the clinical education paths were used in the experimental group. The occurring rate of complications, anxiety and the degree of satisfaction were observed in each group and the differences were compared. Results: In the experimental group, the occurring rate of complications and anxiety were less than that in the comparing group while the patients were more satisfied. Conclusion: Health education paths is a feasible working, in favoe of improving the effect of health education.
