摘要
研究了中青旅控股股份有限公司1998—2004年年报,初步总结出中青旅集团化经营的模式及特征,并提出中青旅集团化经营中的一些困惑和思考。
In this paper the 1998 -2004th annual report of Young Tourist Holding Company of China are ana lyzed, are summed up the pattern and characteristic of it＇ s group management, and the perplexed and thinking deeply of it＇ s group management are raised.
