化工副产物在安全评价中被忽视的原因及对策

Analysis on the Neglect of Byproducts in Safety Assessment of Chemical Process and Its Countermeasures

探讨了化工生产过程中的副产物对企业安全生产的影响,结合项目实例,重点分析了安全评价中副产物危害性被忽视的原因,认为主要在于安全评价人员的化工专业知识缺乏及评价工作责任意识淡薄。基于此,进一步提出了加强思想素质和业务能力两方面的对策措施。

In this paper,the effects of byproducts in chemical processes on safety in production of enterprises are discussed and especially the causes why they are neglected in safety assessment are analyzed in accordance with the practical examples,that is,the lack of professional chemical knowledge and responsibility consciousness in assessment.Based on this,some countermeasures are put forward,namely,the improvement of professional quality and capability.
