Septorhinoplasty

目的介绍鼻中隔鼻整形术的手术方法和改进治疗效果。方法采用鼻内切口，显露畸形的鼻骨结构，松解牵拉力量，矫正鼻中隔畸形，截骨及复位鼻骨，重塑鼻支架，使其解剖复位。结果本组51例，经治疗均获满意效果，无复发畸形和并发症出现。结论本手术方法同时矫正偏曲畸形的鼻中隔和畸形的外鼻，消除了引起畸形的原因，重塑外鼻支架，收到了改善鼻腔通气功能与外鼻美容的双重效果。

Objective To introduce septorhinoplastic method of straightening of the septum and rhinoplasty for corrects extero - nasal deformity, to evaluate its operative method and improve the efficacy of clinical treatment. Methods The incision of cleft between lateral nasal cartilage and greater alary cartilage was employed in all patients. After completely exposed deviated structure and released intrinsic and extrinsic forces, reduce the nasal bone and straighten the septum in all segments while maintaining them in their anatomic position, restoration of long term support with caudal septal batten or dorsal spreader cartilage grafts. Results 51 patients with deviated nose were managod with this measure, The deformity of nose were corrected satisfactorily, normal nasal shape were obtained, no recurrence, and complications were found in all the cases. Conclusion This method for septorhinoplasty corrects extero - nasal deformity as well as deviation of nasal septum, reduce the nasal bone and straighten the septum and restoration of the nasal shape. The operation is effective in nose aesthetic and ventilatory function.
