宫颈糜烂微波治疗及护理

目的观察宫颈糜烂微波治疗临床效果。方法将门诊以宫颈糜烂就诊的病人随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组300例采用微波治疗；对照组150例患者采用波姆光治疗。结果治疗三个月后复查，观察组一次治愈288例，治愈率96％，总有效率100％；对照组一次治愈96例，治愈率64％，总有效率90％。两组治愈率和总有效率比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著，具有术时短、术后修复快等优点。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of patients with cervical erosion treated by microwave therapy, Methods We divided randomly the out - patients of erosion of uterine cevix into observing group and control group . 300 cases of observing group received the microwave theraphy . 150 cases of control group were treated by Bomurays. Result After three months, the clinical care rate of observing group was 96% and total care rate was 100%, The clinical care rate of control group was 64% and total care rate was 90%, There was a significal difference in the clinical care rate and the totul care rate between two groups（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Conclusions Microwave treat which possesses the advantage of short - time operation and rapid recovery make a significant threapic effect on patients with cervical erosion,
