Summary Study on the Effect of the Property Right Scale in Resource Allocation and Ecological Protection

产权规模在资源配置过程中的作用，长期来是被人们忽视的。在现代活动外部影响程度不断加强的时代，它的大小决定着资源的配置状况及其效率，一般讲，两者间具有比较明显的正比关系。因此在实际过程中，扩大我国生产单位的产权规模，对提高我国的资源配置效率和生态环境保护具有极为重要和现实的意义。

Over a long peried of time, the effect of the property righ scale in the process of the resource allocation has been ignored. At the date that the extent of external influence of the present economic activities is constantly strengthened, its size determines the condition of the rereurce allocation and the efficiency. Generally, there is obvious direct proportion relation between them. So in the actual process, to enlarge the property right scale of our country's preduce units has very important and practical significance to raise our country's efficiency of resource alloctation and protection of ecological environment.
