摘要
目的观察中西医结合与西药治疗申老年人不明原因的主观性耳鸣的疗效。方法选择不明原因的主观性耳鸣患者67例，随机分为两组，治疗组在常规西药的基础上，服中药耳聋左慈丸化裁，30d为一疗程。对照组常规使用西药胰激肽原酶、654—2、丹参、ATP和神经营养剂。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为78．4％（29／37）和40．0％（12／30），两组比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论中西医结合治疗中老年人不明原因的主观性耳鸣有一定疗效。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of using Union of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine and western drugs treat middle age and old people＇s subjective tinnitus caused by unclear reasons. Methods 67 subjective tinnitus patients had been divided into two groups randomly to treat for 30 days per course. The treatable group received common western drugs and the traditional Chinese drugs Erlong Zuoci Wan with some other drugs, the other group received common western drugs Pancreatic Kininogenase,654 -2,Salvia miltiorrhirza Bge,ATP and nervous nutrient. Results The total availability of the treatable group and the other group are 78.4% （29/37） and 40.0% （ 12/ 30） ,which have very significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Using Union of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine treat middle age and old people＇s subjective tinnitus caused by unclear reasons have certain effectiveness.
