下肢曲张静脉的腔内激光治疗

Study on DIOMED laser treatment of superficial varicosities in the lower limbs

目的探讨腔内激光治疗下肢曲张静脉的疗效。方法78例病人，男33例，45例，共95条患肢行激光或激光联合手术治疗。结果随访2～25个月，平均5．4个月，78例病人均疗效满意，恢复良好，无局部复发。结论静脉腔内激光治疗，具有安全、微创、疗效好、操作简便和不遗留手术疤痕等优势，联合手术治疗时，可扩大治疗应用范围。

Objective To evaluate the results of endovenous treatment of superficial varicosities in lower extremities with DIOMED laser. Methods Ninety five lower limbs in 78 patients （33 males and 45 females） underwent laser therapy with or without concomitant surgical intervention. Results All patients were followed up 2 ～25 months （mean 5.gmonths） with satisfactory results,no recurrence was observed. Conclusion Endovenous laser therapy is a new therapeutic entity possessing advantages of safety, effectiveness, minimal invaciveness, easy technology and without without leaving any scar. It can be used in combination with surgery as well.
