摘要
本文报导从SiO_2-ZrO_2-Pr_6O_(11)-NaF-CeO_2-NH_4Cl与SiO_2-ZrO_2-Pr_6O_(11)-NaF-CdCO_3-Na_2SO_3-S两个体系烧成镨黄颜料的研究结果。烧制温度只要950~1000℃,保温时间只要2小时多。研究表明,ZrSiO_4不要在1200℃,只需在1000℃以下即可大量生成。显色作用是镨(Ⅳ)进入ZrSiO_4晶格,以及CeO_2或CdO起协同作用导制的。烧制过程要在物料表面有一种中性或还原性气氛的保护下进行,使在中等温度下产生的PrO_2不会在高温下氧化分解为合镨(Ⅲ)的复杂氧化物,这在配料时需予注意。
The praseodymium yellow pigments made from SiO_2-ZrO_2-Pr_6O_(11)-NaF-CeO_2-NH_4Cl and SiO_2-ZrO_2-Pr_6O_(11)-NaF-CdCO_3-Na_2SO_3-S two systems have been studied, The calcinacing temperature and the time to obtain these pigments are 950·1000℃ and two hours. A new reaction mechanism has been suggested. At or below 1000℃ there is already a large amount of ZrSiO_4 appeared. The really color developing action is to be supposed the Pr(Ⅳ) impregnated into-ZrSiO_4 crystal lattice and such as CeO_2 or CdO acted as cooperation. During calcining process it is necessary to get a neutral or reduced atmosphere, which must cover over the calcining materials, in order to prevented the PrOs produced at intermediate temperature and further decomposition at higher temperatUre. So we must pay attention to choose ingredients or the research systems.
