摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的Hofmann降解反应制得聚乙烯胺(PVAm),对其电荷密度进行初步分析,并研究了PVAm对纸页的增强作用。实验结果表明,PVAm在不同pH值下的电荷密度不同,酸性条件的电荷密度高于碱性条件。作为增强剂,PVAm的胺化度越高,增强效果越好。在系统pH值为4~9时,加入0.2%用量、胺化度为30%~50%的PVAm对漂白阔叶木浆与漂白针叶木浆混合浆具有很显著的增强作用,裂断长增加30%,耐折度增加300%,而对撕裂度影响不大。PVAm对漂白阔叶木浆、漂白针叶木浆、混合木浆、脱墨浆和废纸浆均有很好的增强作用。
In this paper,polyvinylamine (PVAm) was prepared by Hofmann degradation of polyacrylamide ( PAM), and its charge density and application as strength aids were studied. The results showed that the charge density of PVAm is higher in acidic solution than in basic solution. As strength aids, the higher the amide degree, the better it strengthens the paper. The breaking length of the handsheet increases 30%, folding endurance increases 300% when 0.2% PVAm is used and the amide degree of the PVAm is 30%- 50%. The PVAm has good dry strengthening effect on the pulps, including bleached softwood pulp, bleached hardwood pulp, deinked pulp and recycled pulp.
