This article thoroughly elaborates the contradiction between college enrollment scale and current employment situation from the three aspects of the contradiction between education consumption＇s investment and ideal employment, the contradiction between the downhill of education quality by recruitment and the quality standards that the units require, and the contradiction between the development of national economy and personnel demands, aiming at making some meaningful trials and explorations to solve this problem.
