摘要
创业是推动经济发展的一股重要力量,而企业衍生是创业活动的重要表现形式。基于衍生创业的基本内涵,从企业家资源、企业资源的角度,提出了资源与衍生创业之间的关系模型。
Entrepeneurship is an important factor boosting economy. Enterprise derivation is equally important form of entrepeneurship. The paper analyzes the conception of enterprise derivation, from the aspects of entrepeneurship and resources by establishing a model showing the relationship between them.
