摘要
本文以骨髓为材料,利用蒸气固定法,研究了粗皮姬蛙(Microhyla butleri Boulenger)的染色体组型,即2n=22,NF=44,由8对(Nos.1,2,5,6,7,8,10,11)中部着丝粒染色体和3对(Nos.3,4,9)亚中部着丝粒染色体组成。大、小型染色体间无明显的分界线。未发现有异型性染色体。同时,与已报道的姬蛙科中几个种的染色体组型作了比较,初步讨论了它们染色体组型演化的可能途径。
In this paper, the karyotype of Microhyla butleri Boulenger had been firstly reported. The examined materials were metaphase of the mitosis from marrow cells, which were prepared by colchicine-hupotomic-air drying technique. The karyotype is 2n=22,NF=44,consisting of 8 pairs (Nos. 1,2,5,6,7,8,10,11) of metacentric and 3 pairs (Nos. 3,4,9) of submetacentric chromosomes. They may not be classified into two groups: the large chromosomes and the small ones. No heteromorphic chromosomes is observed between the male and female individuals. A comparison among the karyotypes of Microhylidae is made. The evolutionary process of the karyotype of M. butleri is discussed.
