摘要
用0.5%CaCl2溶液浸玉米种子,幼苗受5℃低温和75 mmol.L-1 Na2CO3溶液培养48 h,测定各项生理指标。研究结果表明,用CaCl2浸种的玉米幼苗在双胁迫下的叶绿素含量、根系活力、过氧化物酶活性和脯氨酸含量均高于对照组,而相对电导率低于对照组,可见Ca2+有助于提高抗逆性。因此,这些生理指标可以作为玉米苗期抗低温和盐碱能力的评价指标。
Maize seedling were soaked with 0.5% calcium chloride solution, and cultivated with 75 mmol·L^-1 sodium carbonate solution at low temperature of 5℃ for 48 h, then various physiological indexes were determined. The result showed that under double-stress, the chlorophyll content, root system activity, peroxidase activity and proline content of calcium chloride solution soaking maize seedling were significantly higher than that of control group, but the relative conductance was lower than that of control group, so calcium has a protective role. These physiology indexes can be regarded as evaluation indexes of low temperature resistance and salinealkali-resistance of maize seedling.
