摘要
旅游企业容易受各种突发事件的影响和冲击,因此旅游企业有必要做好危机处理,以提高其抗风险能力。在进行危机处理时,旅游企业在精力有限的情况下,难以顾及各个领域,这时最重要的领域包括:企业外部的游客和媒体,企业内部的营销、财务以及员工。
Since tourism enterprises are easily influenced and assaulted by many kinds of events which happen suddenly, tourism enterprises need to do crisis processing well, to increase their anti-risk ability. Conducting crisis processing, in a situation of limited energy, tourism enterprises are difficult to take into account all fields. At this time the most important areas including: the tourists, media, marketing, finance and staff.
