摘要
管理者与下属之间的沟通是组织沟通的主要形式。它对于组织活动过程中的信息传输起着关键性的作用。由于诸多差别的存在和噪声的干扰,管理者与下属之间的沟通很容易造成障碍。重视沟通、积极反馈、注重训练有助于减少沟通障碍,实现组织中管理者与下属之间的有效沟通。
Communications between a among an organization. It moves regarding manager and his subordinates is the main form of communication the organization smoothly develops the crucial intelligence transmission function. As many sorts of differences between them are existing, together with the noise disrupting, there are barriers. Attaching importance to communication and positive feedback, focusing on practices can help reduce communication barriers and achieve effective communications between an organizational manager and his subordinates.
