The Contrastive Study on the Influences of Style upon Personal Reference and Translation

以16个体裁各异的英汉语篇为语料,对照其译文,就其中体裁对人称指称的影响进行统计和对比分析,结果发现:虽然无论英语汉语,人称指称的使用都受体裁的影响,但这种影响并不是完全相同的。在英汉互译时,考虑到这些相似点和相异点具有十分重要的意义。

This essay attempts to study the influence which styles of texts make on the personal reference through contrast and analysis on 16 English-Chinese texts and their translations. The study, on one hand proves the existence of such influence both in English and Chinese texts; on the other hand shows the differences. Iit is of great importance to take the similarities and differences into account in the mutual translation between Chinese and English.
