摘要
采用药膜法和点滴法分别测定了马拉硫磷、敌敌畏、甲氰菊酯、阿维菌素、毒死蜱5种常用杀虫剂对赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫的毒力。结果表明:对于成虫以LC50值进行比较,毒力依次为敌敌畏>阿维菌素>马拉硫磷>毒死蜱>甲氰菊酯。对于幼虫以LD50值进行比较,以阿维菌素毒力最大,甲氰菊酯、毒死蜱毒力较小,并且二者差异不大。
The tests to determine the insecticidal effect of malathion, phoxim, fenpropathrin, abamectin and chlorpyrilos against Tribolium castaneum aduhs and larvae were performed using topical application and residual film method. The results showed that in terms of LC50 values the order of toxicity to aduhs was beta-dichlovos 〉 abamectin 〉 malathion 〉 chlorpyrifos 〉 fenpropathrin, In terms of LD50 values for larvae, abamectin was the most virulent one. fenpropathrin and chlorpyrifos had the least, and the difference was not remarkable between these two insecticides.
