经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的预防及护理

To Prophylaxis and Nursing the Complications of Transurethral Prostate Resection （TURP）

目的通过对经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的预防和护理进行总结，减少和避免前列腺电切术后并发症的发生。方法对235例病人进行术前护理、术后做好气囊导尿管的有效牵引、妥善固定，保持各引流管通畅，注意持续膀胱冲洗液的速度和温度，预见性地应用置硬膜外导管接镇痛泵等一系列的护理措施。结果经尿道前列腺电切术后的病人出血、尿道感染和膀胱痉挛的症状明显减轻或没有发生。结论经尿道前列腺电切术后的并发症是可以预防和避免的。

Objective To establish the complications of transurethralprostate resection （TURP） in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of thecomplications. Methods 235 patients with TURP were nursing after the operation, to effectively tow and to fasten the catheter, keep the catheter unobstructedand the transfusion and temperature of bladder washing liquid velocity, and foresighfly used Patient - controlled - analge - sia （PCA） Results The probability that parameters of TURP occurrence of the complications eg hemorrhage urinary - tract infection, spastic bladder was lighten in evidence. Conclusion The complications of transurethral prostate resection （TURP） can be avoided.
