护脉膏预防诺维本致静脉损伤的疗效观察

The Effect of Humai Cream to prevent the phlebitis induced by Na- velbine

目的探讨护脉膏对诺维本致静脉损伤的保护作用。方法将272例诺维本化疗患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组136例化疗静脉局部涂护脉膏保护静脉；对照组136例化疗静脉局部涂喜疗妥保护静脉。结果试验组发生静脉炎轻度12例，中度1例；对照组发生静脉炎轻度47例，中度15例，重度7例。统计学处理X^2=73．65，P〈0．01，试验组静脉炎发生率低于对照组，两组差异有显著性。结论护脉膏和喜疗妥对诺维本致静脉损伤均有保护作用，且护脉膏的保护效果显著优于喜疗妥。

Objective To access the efficiency of Humai cream in preventing phlebitis induced by Navelbine. Methods 272 cases of patients were divided randomly into treatment and control groups. 136 cases of treatment group were given Humai cream, the control group were just pasted with Hirudoid. The protective effects of Humai cream from phlebitis induced by chemotherapeutic agent were recorded. Results In treatment group 13 cases suffered from phlebitis, whereas in the control group, 47 cases with phlebitis were diagnosed totally. There was a statistically significant difference of phlebitis occurrence rate between two groups. Conclusion Humai cream can efficiendy prevent phlebitis induced by Navelbine than Hirudoid.
