摘要 合成了N-杂环卡宾环金属Pd络合物,评价了它们在Suzuki-Miyaura偶联反应中的催化性能,发现其可催化氯代芳烃,包括未活化的4-氯甲苯,与苯硼酸反应高产率地生成相应的联芳烃产物. N-Heterocyclic carbene palladacycle complex 5 has been synthesized and characterized. The performance of 5 as catalyst precursor was evaluated in Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction, and it was found that 5 could catalyze some aryl chlorides, including unactivated chloride, to couple with phenylbo- ronic acid to afford desired biaryls in high yields.
