摘要
为研究制丝工艺条件对烟草化学成分变化的影响,采用正交试验设计方法,在实验室条件下模拟润叶和贮叶工序的不同工艺条件,进行了工艺条件对不同等级烟叶总糖、还原糖、淀粉及糖碱比的影响试验。结果表明,烟叶等级是高度显著影响因素,其差异显著高于工艺条件的影响;贮叶环境对烟叶中的总糖(α=0.10)和还原糖(α=0.05)有显著影响;影响淀粉含量的显著因素(α=0.10)为贮叶时间>润叶含水率;影响总糖/烟碱比值的显著因素(α=0.05)依次为:贮叶环境>贮叶时间>润叶温度。
In order to study the effects of processing conditions on the change of chemical compo- nents in tobacco, different conditions of conditioning and storing were simulated in laboratory and their effects on the main carbohydrates (including total sugar, reducing sugar, and starch) and sugar/nicotine ratio in different grades of tobacco leaves were orthogonally experimented. The results showed that: 1 ) tobacco grade was a highly significant influencing factor while comparing with process conditions; the effect of storing circumstance on the contents of total sugar (α = 0.10) and reducing sugar (α = 0.05) was significant; 2) the significant factors (α = 0.10) affecting the content of starch was storing time followed by the moisture content in conditioning; 3) the significance factors ( α = 0.05 ) in order of the degree affecting the ratio of total sugar to nicotine was storing circumstance 〉 storing time 〉 conditioning temperature.
