Improvement of Feeding Airlock in YJ19 Cigarette Maker

针对YJ19卷烟机落料器滤网堵塞的问题,对落料器结构进行了改进。在其内部设置斜置滤网代替水平滤网,并增加内置吸风管,利用风力送丝的吸风实现滤网的自动清理。改进后基本消除了滤网堵丝现象,因滤网堵塞引起的停机次数由改进前的15次/班减少为0次,保证了烟丝的稳定供给,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,延长了滤网的使用寿命,机组的有效作业率显著提高。

Aiming at the problem of screen block in the feeding airlock in YJ19 cigarette maker, the airlock was improved： putting an inclined screen to replace levelled one inside the airlock and adding an internal suction pipe to automatically clean the screen with the suction air supplied by the pneumatic conveying system. After improving, the screen block was avoided basically, the frequency of machine shutdown resulted from screen block lowered from 15 times/shift to 0; the steady feeding of cut tobacco was ensured ; the labor intensity of operators was reduced ; the working life of screen was prolonged; and the operation efficiency of the machine combination was improved obviously.
