摘要
考察了烟草中绿原酸、烟碱和茄尼醇的超声波辅助提取,结果表明:最佳工艺条件为:pH4的95%乙醇作溶剂,料液比1∶15,80℃提取两次,每次45min。在此条件下,绿原酸、烟碱和茄尼醇的提取率分别为93.65%、95.42%和82.35%,而热回流法这3种成分的提取率各为85.56%、84.79%和73.54%。
Ultrasonic aided extraction of chlorogenic acid, nicotine and solanesol in tobacco was investigated. The optimum conditions were: pH4, 95% ethanol as solvent, the ratio of material to liquor 1: 15, extracting twice at 80℃(each for 45min). The experimental yield of chlorogenic acid, nicotine and solanesol was 93.65% , 95.42% and 82.35% , respectively, which were much better than the yield by hot refluxing extraction (85.56% , 84.79% and 73.54% , respectively).
