DSA在介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)在介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的应用价值。资料及方法:对23例经常规CT和/或MRI确诊ARCO国际分期Ⅰ-Ⅳ期的股骨头缺血坏死的患者进行介入治疗,术中行DSA造影,并分别在术后2-13个月复查DSA。运用Seldinger法穿刺对侧股动脉,将导管超选择送至患侧股深动脉的旋股内、外动脉及髂内动脉的闭孔动脉行DSA造影,造影剂总量8—12ml,流率4ml/s,采集速率4帧/秒。结果:所有受检股骨头均成功进行数字减影血管造影,且图像清晰,能清楚显示相应股骨头区域的血供情况,包括靶动脉的走行、分支、实质期染色情况、病理改变的部位及程度、血管开通情况等。结论:DSA能实时地为股骨头缺血性坏死的介入治疗提供准确、直观的诊断依据,并引导介入治疗的操作,在从血供变化的角度评价疗效方面,DSA则具有不可替代的优势。
