摘要
以开滦矿业集团钱家营矿主井提升机电控系统为例,介绍了一种超大功率高速提升机电控系统的设计方案,并给出了PLC的硬件配置和软件设计。目前提升机的提升速度可以达到设计的15m/s,提升重量可达到设计的32t。实际运行表明此系统具有故障率低,可靠性高等多方面的优点。
Taking electromechanical control system in main mining well elevator mounted in Kailuan Mining Group ツ s Qianjiaying Mine as an example, this paper introduces designing scheme of electromechanical control system of a super-large power high-speed elevator, presenting hardware configuration and software design of PLC. At present, lifting speed of elevator can reach 15m/s of the design, with lifting weight of 32t. Practical running shows this system is advantaged by low rate failure and high reliability.
