条烟自动分拣机监控系统的设计

Design of Monitoring System for Cigarette Cartons Automatic Sorter

分析目前我国条烟分拣机的现状,并在此基础上开发了条烟高效自动分拣系统,简单介绍了条烟分拣系统．并对异步分拣法进行了阐述,设计了基于Profibus现场总线的监控系统,对硬件组成进行分析;研究了条烟分拣系统的控制策略,提出用“预测控制”下载订单,分析了上位机的软件系统,对条烟自动分拣机试验结果表明,该监控系统运行稳定可靠,效率高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。

The actual automatic sorter for cigarette cartons is analyzed , and on the basis of which the high--speed automatic sorter for cigarette cartons is developed. The system of the sorter for cigarette cartons is introduced simply, and the asynchronous distributing method is illustrated. The monitoring system on the basis of Profibus is designed, and its composing is analyzed. The control strategy for the system of the sorter is researched, and the control strategy of predictive control is put forward to download the orders. The system of host computer software is analyzed. The tests of the automatic sorter for the cigarette cartons indicates that the monitoring system is steady, effective and the system is practical and worthy of using abroad.
