摘要
为了降低设备复杂程度,对四种微控制器与4~20mA变送器接口的方案进行了研究并实现,并应用于海洋激光雷达的状态采集;该方案在硬件上采用了Microchip低功耗微控制器与TI公司4~20mA驱动器,通过PWM和滤波器进行驱动。软件上通过对输出的控制,可实现模拟信号数据及多种报警信号的传送,实际应用表明,该变送器的设计方案可靠、稳定、精度较高.且造价低廉,可降低原有方案的复杂度,是值得推广的接口方案。
In order to reduce device complexity, four kinds of interface circuit between microchip MCU and 4 - 20mA intelligent transducer are introduced, and were used on states acquiring. The hardware is developed using microchip MCU and Texas Instruments Incorporated 4 -- 20mA driver, and driven by PWM via filters. Controlled with the software, output of analog signals and multi-alarm signals can be transmitted. Tests and applications show that this intelligent transducer system is reliable and stable, while with higher precision and lower cost.
