摘要 针对多传感器设备互联及数据传输的需要,设计了利用超低功耗单片机MSP430F427实现CAN总线通信的方案;重点介绍了通信节点所用到的单片机和CAN控制器的特点、硬件电路设计、软件框图及软件通信协议的实现方法;该通信方案具有功耗低、结构简单、可靠性高、易于扩充等特点;经调试,文中给出的设计是可行的,能够实现多传感器的互联及数据传送要求。 Aimed at the needs of the connection of multi--sensor and the transmission of data, a module of CAN data communication using the MSP430F427 of ultralow-power consumption is designed. The characteristics of MCU and CAN controller that used, and the circuit design of field intelligent node and software constructure as well as the methods for the agreement of software communication are introduced. It has the advantages of ultralow--power, simplicity, reliability, flexibility for its functions. To be tested, the experiment result shows that the design of this article is practicable. The system can fulfill the needs of the connection of multi--sensor and the transmission of data.
