摘要
为了有效地增强红外图像,对算法进行了研究;提出了一种相似加权滤波算法和迭代平台阈值算法,将被大量噪声污染的红外图像进行相似加权滤波后,利用迭代法求得统计直方图的平台阈值,对滤波后的红外图像进行平台直方图均衡处理,以提高对比度;实验结果表明,相似加权滤波结合平台直方图均衡的这种算法不但能有效地滤除大量随机噪声,还能提高图像对比度,在效果上优于统计直方图均衡算法。
An effective algorithm for enhancing contrast of infrared image is presented, which is based on the similarity weighting filtering combined with the plateau histogram equalization. The infrared image containing much random noise is processed by the similarity weighting filtering algorithm and the plateau histogram equalization algorithm. And the plateau threshold has been calculated using the iteration method. Thus the infrared image is enhanced effectively. The experimental result demonstrates that the algorithm of similarity weighting filtering combined with the plateau histogram equalization can not only remove much random noise, but also enhance the contrast of infrared image. So it is more excellent than the traditional histogram equalization algorithm.
