摘要
本文从面向新世纪住宅开发的角度,针对当前小户型青年住宅SOLO热销的现象进行分析,提出应进一步更新住宅设计观念,关注城市青年的生理,心理需求,对个性化的青年居住模式提出自己的见解。
From the point of view of the residence in new century, this article analyses the hot market of small-residence solo, discusses renewing the idea of residence design. Focus on the physical and psychological need of young people living in cities, it makes out a case for young people＇s characteristic residential model.
