基于ANSYS的割缝筛管强度分析

Strength Analysis of Slotting Screen with ANSYS

油层出砂是砂岩油藏开采过程中常见的问题之一。随着割缝筛管在油田完井防砂中的广范应用,割缝筛管损坏问题也日益凸显,对此进行的评估却相对很少。以胜利油田应用的筛管为例,利用ANSYS软件对其进行受力分析,旨在为筛管设计提供一定的理论参考。

Sand production in reservoir is one of common problems during the process of sandstone reservoir exploitation. Along with the wide application of slotting screens for completion and sand control in oil fields, the damage of slotting screen is ever-increasingly obvious. However, assessments on this phenomenon are relatively less. Therefore, this paper takes screens used in ShengLi Oil Field as an example to conduct stress analysis with ANSYS in order to provide same theoretic references for screen design.
