摘要
在分析研究了国内现有的小型修井机和通井机的基础上,研制了新型通井车。着重阐述了通井车的可分离式井架、液路系统和刹车系统等,并针对工业性试验中暴露出的问题进行了技术改进,使该型通井车的性能有较大的提升,能更好地满足油田的修井、抽汲作业需要。
Based on light existing workover rigs and hoisting trucks in china, we developed a new hoisting truck and correct problems occurring during industrial test to improve the performance of the truck significantly and meet operation requirements of well service and pumping at field. The article describes emphatically the separable mast, hydraulic system and break system of hoisting truck.
