摘要
研制的双管井多功能抽油光杆密封器采用二级密封方式,主要由抽油光杆扶正保护、纠偏和盘根密封部分组成。其纠偏腔设计以及纠偏装置与密封部分的独特结构,在小井眼双管井位置空间受到限制的条件下,在任意方向上的纠偏量均能达到10 mm,并且不影响对副孔井控装置的装配和作业。现场使用证明,该密封器不仅缩小了体积减轻了质量,还具有耐高温,密封效果好,操作简单,纠偏速度快,造价低,对工作环境适应性强的特点,适用于所有抽油井口光杆密封。
Aim at current disadvantage of bare tugging in dual tubing well, a new seal for bare tubing is developed. It uses double sealing box, mainly consists of stabilization protection, rectifying deviation and seal packing protection. The unique design of its side deflection chamber, rectifying deviation and packing seal can work in a limited small well bore of dual tubing and its deviation rectification is about lOmm without any affection on operation of control system. The field application proves that the seal reduces its body size, high temperature resistance, good sealing efficiency, simple structure, fast deviation rectifying and low cost. It is suitable to use on bare tubing.
