疏松砂岩油藏膨胀筛管裸眼防砂技术 被引量:15

摘要 胜利海上新区产能建设区块今后面临的油藏大多是原油粘度高、油层薄的低品位油藏,为提高海上油井单井产能,提高低品位油藏开发效果,开展了提高油井产能防砂工艺研究。膨胀筛管裸眼防砂是在同一井眼机械防砂后油井内径和泄流面积最大的防砂工艺,能够大幅度提高油井产能。埕岛油田开展了疏松砂岩油藏膨胀筛管裸眼防砂技术先导试验,比邻井平均产能提高131%,含水仅为邻井的40%,为提高海上低品位油藏开发效益,加快海上采油速度做了成功的实践。 Mostly high quality sand reservoirs in Shengli offshore oilfield have been basically developed, and such low quality reservoirs as heavy oil and thin layer reservoirs will be superseded that face in the future. Chengdao oilfield has carried on the research of sand control technology to enhance oil production and development effect of low quality reservoirs. Open hole expendable sand screen (ESS) has a maximal diameter and flow area than other mechanical sand control, therefore, which can greatly enhance oil well productivity. ESS has been experimented in loose sand reservoirs of Chengdao oil field, oil production of the pilot well is more 131% production than the adjacent well, but its water cut is only 40% of the adjacent well. It was successful applied to advance development effect of low quality reservoirs and quicken offshore oil production rate.
