本文对“两为”办学的内涵和特色做了介绍,对乡村医生的素质进行了调查,在此基础上,提出了乡村医生培养模式的构想：拓展专业教学内容,优化教学方法,完善教学管理,强化医德和法规教育。

The author expatiated on two ideas for running a school and investigated on the ability of rural doctors. Based on the facts, the author proposed the model for training rural doctors. It includes that deepening the content of professional teaching, optimizing teaching methods, perfecting teaching administration and strengthening medical ethics and regulations.
