摘要
介绍了三氟化氮气体的2种生产方法——直接化合法和电解法,并根据它们的研究发展方向,具体介绍了其基本原理、生产工艺以及相关的工艺设备。
In this paper, we introduce two manufactural methods of nitrogen trifloride gas which are the electroanalysis and the direct synthesis. And according to researching development of them, we concretely discuss their fundmental laws, and production processes and equipments of them.
